FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

•  The final job price may vary due to circumstances or inconveniences unknown or out of our control such as hitting rock, discovery of pipe or electrical cables. 
• In which case the client will need to provide, source and pay for the additional services required.
  
• Weather and climate is out of our control so should the job be delayed or more work required for completion this will require an extension of payment of equipment, tools or day labour.
  

• All Payments require a 50% deposit before the job starts and the other 50% is due within 21 days of receiving the invoice.
  
• To secure the job a 10% deposit is require within 3-5 business days of confirming job
  
• Should you decide to cancel your job you will lose your 10% deposit and should you cancel the job before the pour with less than 48hrs notice you will lose your 50% deposit
  
• Should you make your invoice payment late there will be a 1.5% interest charge per month on late invoices and a $150 late fee applied should you exceed the 21 day payment period.
  
• Payment terms can be negotiated with Jesse Geha and must be taken as a firmly binding contract. Any breach in contracts will result in penalties. 
• We do not take cash payments.

• Geha Concrete does charge a call our fee (of $150.00) which is reimbursed into the deposit once the project gets the "ok". 
• We do this to save you time and us time too. We are constantly obtaining new projects/ clients and need to prioritise those who have agreed to work with us. That is how we can offer the best service possible.
• A lot of the time many clients have a simple enquiry that can be answered over the phone or via email, so we also don't need to take time out from your busy day or work schedule to interrupt you. 

• GCC can provide clients with links to previous projects
• Clients can also view all projects on our website 
• House projects/ locations are strictly private and confidential to the home owners so private addresses and names can not be given out. 

• GCC follows STRICTLY the NSW Health and safety guidelines 
• All GCC workers follow the health and safety guidelines 
• All GCC workers are vaccinated 
• Any home visits are conducted with the upmost caution and follow all NSW Health and Safety guidelines.
